Return and Exchange Policy
We do not have a return policy. Exchange is accepted only on damaged products . The original product should be in unused condition with labels and tags intact.
Replacement items of returned product would be shipped on the next dispatch subject to availability.
In case of exchange due to product damage, the cost of sending the damaged product to us and replacement product back to you should be paid by the customer.
The exchange policy applies only to damaged products and is valid for 1 to 2 days from the order delivery date.
Exchange of purchase available only on grounds of manufacturing damage or defect. We recommend customers to maintain unpacking video recording for easy claim of exchange.
In the absence of unpacking video recording, exchange request may be declined.
Upon the assessment of claim request, our support team would get in touch with the customer and exchange would be processed within 4-7 working days after receiving back the product.

Only an exchange will be provided if the conditions of the Exchange Policy are met.

Items returned must pass a quality check. This includes:
Product being in unused and unwashed condition.
Tags being intact and no odors present.
The Exchange process may take 5 - 10 business days from the date of exchange approval.

Courier Charges:
Wrong item shipped : ₹200 will be refunded after placing the exchange request.
Size issues (large/small): ₹200 is charged for reverse pickup + reinitiating from the warehouse.
